Our Journey, How It All Started
Established in 1997, Test Right Rigging Ltd is a Vancouver Island-based second-generation family-owned business.
Our owner, Wayne Margetts was involved in dangerous tree removal jobs for the BC Hydro and tree service companies before he started working for a crane company. Years spent working in the crane company enabled him to learn all about the ins and outs of testing. He took a keen interest in this area of work and branched off to the testing aspect of cranes and rigging. The testing and inspection work thrilled him more than the routine crane work. His interest evolved and enabled him to venture into other interesting business areas like testing, inspection, rigging sales, and then the jack and roll.
